Solar Powerstations Victoria maintains an active pipeline of utility-scale solar farms, commercial and industrial portfolios, hybrid storage hubs and distribution-connected battery projects across Victoria — from early feasibility through energisation and operations.
Our project pipeline is not a marketing catalogue of aspirational names. Each entry represents work where we hold or have held substantive responsibility: development management, grid application leadership, EPC delivery, commissioning support or long-term operations. We publish case studies because owners, hosts, councils and capital partners deserve traceable narratives — connection milestones achieved, constraints resolved and performance outcomes documented where confidentiality permits.
How we classify projects
Utility-scale programmes typically exceed five megawatts AC export and involve ground-mount arrays, dedicated substation interfaces and AEMO registration pathways. Commercial portfolios aggregate multiple hosts — rooftops, carports or ground arrays — under unified engineering and safety systems. Hybrid and standalone battery projects address firming, network support and commercial peak management. Agrivoltaics and dual land-use pilots sit alongside conventional farms where agricultural income must continue.

Projects move through defined gates: site screening, feasibility, planning and environmental pathways, grid application and limit equation acceptance, financial close, EPC execution, commissioning and registration, then operations. We maintain stage-appropriate documentation so acquirers and lenders can diligence without reconstructing history from informal files.
Where projects remain confidential at landowner request, we describe capability and outcomes without identifying location. Public case studies include specification summaries, challenge–solution framing and references to applicable services — utility development, commercial EPC, battery and hybrid and operations.
Victorian delivery success is measured in energised megawatts, compliant registration and hosts who would engage us again — not in slide-deck capacity that never reaches practical completion.
Geography and network context
Our footprint spans Goulburn Valley and Murray irrigation districts, Latrobe industrial corridors, Wimmera grain country, Geelong port logistics, Bendigo distribution networks and Melbourne-adjacent commercial estates. Each region carries distinct DNSP or TNSP relationships, planning scheme triggers and community engagement expectations. Pipeline planning accounts for those differences rather than applying a single template nationwide.
Performance and handover standards
Commissioning includes staged energisation, witness testing against registered plant parameters and performance verification against P50 or contracted yield assumptions where applicable. Handover packs contain as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty registers and SCADA access protocols. Commercial hosts receive reconciled export data suitable for retailer contracts and sustainability reporting.

Frequently asked questions
Are all projects operational?
Case studies describe representative programmes; status is noted per project. Some assets are operational, others in defined development or construction phases.
Can you develop greenfield sites for investors?
Yes, subject to grid, planning and land outcomes. We do not market MW capacity without credible DNSP pathways.
Do you publish confidential terms?
No. Public case studies omit commercial terms; detailed data is available under NDA to qualified counterparties.
How do I propose a site?
Submit location, tenure and capacity intent via request a quote with maps and any DNSP correspondence.
What our partners say
The Sunridge programme stayed on track because connection and ecology were managed as one workstream—not three silos.
Utility-scale development partner
Our port solar asset survived the first summer salt season with clear maintenance intervals—not reactive firefighting.
