Our featured work spans utility-scale generation, industrial rooftops, hybrid storage and innovative land-use pilots—each delivered with Victorian grid knowledge and documented outcomes owners can verify.
The projects highlighted here are representative of Solar Powerstations Victoria’s current and recent portfolio. They illustrate how we manage complexity: connection queues, native vegetation, marine corrosion, flood-prone terrain and 24/7 operations. Full technical narratives, performance data and lessons learned are available through our project pipeline pages and linked case studies below.
Goulburn Sunridge Solar Farm
At 112 MW DC, Sunridge sits in the utility-scale tier where interface management with the connection queue, civil contractors and vegetation offsets determines whether a season is won or lost. We lead development coordination and EPC delivery, including HV export design, commissioning with AEMO registration milestones and community benefit reporting. The layout optimises DC collection lengths across undulating country while respecting biodiversity buffers agreed with regulators.
Latrobe Industrial Rooftop Portfolio
Three manufacturing facilities totalling 4.8 MW demonstrate our commercial capability under live production. Structural assessments, fall-arrest integration and thermal imaging informed panel placement. We staged works to avoid peak shifts, coordinated with site safety officers and delivered export metering that reconciles with retailer contracts. Savings and abatement reporting packages support the host’s sustainability disclosures.
Wimmera Hybrid Storage Hub
Co-located 50 MW solar and 100 MWh BESS required unified fire engineering, shared switchyard design and bidding strategy aligned to NEM markets. Thermal management and state-of-charge operating bands were agreed with the DNSP before energisation. SCADA integrates solar and storage setpoints for hybrid revenue optimisation while maintaining compliance with generator performance standards.
Every featured project carries a case study because transparency builds trust—with hosts, communities and capital partners alike.
Murray Plains Agrivoltaics Pilot
Dual land use pairs sheep grazing with elevated arrays in flood-aware country. Panel height, row spacing and drainage design were tested against agronomist input and historical inundation records. The pilot informs how we structure leases and operations manuals where agricultural income must continue alongside generation revenue.
Geelong Port Logistics Solar
2.1 MW of carport and rooftop capacity at a working port demanded corrosion protection, crane clearance and marine safety coordination. Cable routes avoid heavy-vehicle paths; combiner locations allow maintenance without disrupting berth operations. The asset supports the operator’s decarbonisation pathway and tenant green-lease commitments.
Bendigo Distribution BESS
15 MW / 30 MWh supports hosting capacity relief and network services under DNSP technical rules. Fire safety, hazardous materials planning and emergency services liaison were central to approval. We document how augmentation deferral benefits translate to project economics for investors screening distribution-connected storage.

Featured Projects FAQ
Are these the only projects you have delivered?
Featured cases are representative; additional references available under NDA.
Can I visit a site?
Subject to host approval, safety induction and confidentiality agreements.
How do projects get selected for publication?
They illustrate distinct constraints—grid, commercial, storage, agrivoltaics—not marketing favouritism.
