Development and origination

We screen land and host sites using GIS, network maps and planning overlays before committing spend. Feasibility packs include yield analysis, preliminary layout, capex class estimates and connection pathway commentary. Landowner and community engagement starts early, with documentation suitable for council and investor review. Options, leases and access agreements are structured to align construction timelines with permit conditions.

Utility-scale solar EPC

Our EPC teams deliver pile or tracker foundations, DC collection, inverter stations, HV export and SCADA integration. Civil works account for drainage, erosion control and haul roads that survive wet Victorian seasons. Electrical design adheres to AS/NZS standards and DNSP technical rules. We manage tier-one module and inverter supply chains with spares strategies aligned to availability warranties.

Commercial and industrial solar

Manufacturing plants, warehouses, ports and campuses receive designs that respect structural limits, operational noise and insurance requirements. We coordinate shutdown windows, crane lifts and compliance sign-off with site managers who cannot afford unplanned production loss. Operations transition

Commissioning includes punch-list closure, as-built drawings, performance testing and operator training. We prepare O&M contracts and asset management interfaces so revenue operations begin without ambiguity on spare parts, warranties and escalation. Melbourne-based project controls remain available for warranty-period support.

Digital project controls

Capability also means information discipline. We maintain controlled registers for drawings, permits, test sheets and variation orders so owners and lenders receive consistent versions. Schedule logic links weather windows, equipment deliveries and grid milestones. Cost reporting separates committed, forecast and actual positions without obscuring contingency drawdown.
